Money Back Guarantee

If the registered user of a ExamBlasters product, fails the corresponding exam within 90 days of purchase or within 90 days of receipt of the particular ExamBlasters product, whichever occurs later, and contacts ExamBlasters to claim this guarantee, then the product can be returned for a full refund. Exam failures that occur before the later of the purchase date or the date of receipt of the corresponding product do not qualify for purposes of this guarantee.

When claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee applies only to single products purchased directly from ExamBlasters. Returns of this type must be postmarked no later than 120 days after invoice date or 120 days after licensee's receipt of the particular product, whichever is later.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to package purchases. All refunds pursuant to the Money-Back-If-You-Don't-Pass-Guarantee will be prorated to reflect any Pak, Suite, or discounted pricing.
